Our Senior Coach

With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, I am a Board-Certified Coach™ and Professional Engineer passionate about guiding others to success. My journey began on the shop floor as a Plant Engineer, where I discovered the intricacies of manufacturing equipment and processes. It was here that I fell in love with the challenge of optimizing complex systems. Transitioning into Production Management, I embraced the responsibility of leading teams in diverse and often challenging business environments which taught me the value of collaboration and teamwork.

As I progressed to Plant Manager, I took on the challenge of overseeing comprehensive operations, from engineering, maintenance, quality, shipping, warehousing and safety. A significant milestone was my tenure as a Six Sigma Continuous Improvement Manager, leading CI engineers and multi-million-dollar budgets for improvement. Ultimately, my career culminated in the role of Vice President, where I spearheaded strategic initiatives like labor optimization, plant expansions, relocations, and navigating regulatory changes.

Now, with Soaring Leadership, I am excited to leverage my extensive experience to help leaders achieve their potential through our specialized development programs.
