Signing Up
To sign up, select SIGN UP from the top menu and click Become a Member under your chosen membership level: Silver, Gold, or Platinum. Enter the required information, and if you’re 18 or older, agree to the age requirement and Terms of Service.
You can also provide optional details like the leadership skills you’d like to improve and your company name. After we approve your membership, you’ll receive a password by email to log in.
We offer three memberships: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Silver is free to help you get started, while Gold and Platinum are paid memberships that provide advanced materials for your ongoing growth.
If you’re just starting out, the free Silver membership is perfect for exploring our platform, taking basic courses, and accessing helpful materials and video tips. Once you’re ready, you can upgrade to Gold. If you’re an experienced leader looking to sharpen your skills, the Platinum membership is for you.
We don’t offer a free trial for our paid memberships, but the free Silver membership lets you explore our platform and try basic courses before accessing advanced content.
If you’re not completely satisfied with a service, we’ll provide a comparable session within 30 days.

Memberships
We ask that members pay for the full year in advance. As we add materials, you’ll automatically get access based on your membership. You can cancel anytime, but subscriptions are non-refundable.
Memberships last one year and expire unless renewed.

The Library is your hub for courses, Tips of the Day, Best Practice Materials, and membership features. Access it via the top menu by clicking LIBRARY.
Tips of the Day are short best-practice videos under five minutes. From the top menu, go to LIBRARY and select TIPS OF THE DAY. Choose a category with BROWSE NOW, then press play or select a video from the right menu.
Best Practice Materials include articles and exercises to enhance your course learning. Go to LIBRARY in the top menu, select BEST PRACTICE MATERIAL, and choose your membership. Click Browse Now to access articles and download them by clicking the title links.
The Learning Academy contains all courses available to your membership. From the top menu, go to LIBRARY and click LEARNING ACADEMY. Open a category by clicking its title, then start with the first course or select a session from the dropdown. Each course includes a video and a reflection quiz, which you can take as many times as needed.

Yes, you can take a quiz as many times as you wish.
No, we test you after each individual session.
To see your course progress, go to LEARNING ACADEMY in LIBRARY from the top menu and select the course category you want to track. For an overview of all your courses, go to ACCOUNT and click Courses on the left menu.
Yes, you’ll receive a certificate after completing the sessions in each category. If you’d like a certificate for an individual session, just reach out to us.
Account
From the top menu, go to ACCOUNT. On your profile, click Change Password, enter and confirm your new password, then click Update Password.
To edit your name or email, go to ACCOUNT. On your profile, click the pencil icon next to the detail you want to update, enter the new information, and press Save Changes.
In the top menu, click LOG IN, enter your email and password, then select LOG IN.

In the top menu, click ACCOUNT, then Logout on the left side. Alternatively, click your name and icon in the top right corner and select Logout from the dropdown.
Contact us and our IT Service Team will remove your account and data.
Payment
We use STRIPE, an independent system that accepts various payment methods and keeps your private information secure.

Click Account in the top menu, then select View Payments on your profile or Payments from the left menu. You’ll see your invoices, including membership level, activation date, card type, order status, email, and total.
- Click Account in the top menu, then select View Subscriptions on your profile or Subscriptions from the left menu. You’ll see your membership details, including its status, duration, activation date, and expiration date. Your membership will expire on the listed date unless you renew it, which is when you’ll be billed.
Yes, some clients pay for team memberships. Check with your HR department about your company policies. We offer corporate discounts—ask HR to contact us for details.
