Self-Management allows you to control and adapt your behaviors to get the positive outcomes you desire.

· By journaling, you can review trends and outline goals for improvement.
· When emotion appears, use deep breathing to bring oxygen into your brain.
· Reframe negatives to positives. “I can’t do this” becomes “If I fail, I will try again.”
Skilled Relationships involves finding common ground and building rapport. This requires great communication, genuine interest.
