Our Lead Coach, Joyce Hughes, Has Been There
As a professional engineer in Ontario, Joyce started her career by installing multi-milion dollar production lines. It didn’t take long before she was promoted into management roles and became a rising leader in both union and non-unionized facilities. Covering all aspects of operations and supply chain she used her continuous improvement knowledge to make significant impact.
